Halloween weekend in San Francisco does not have to wait until October 31. On Friday, October 30, 2026, thousands of costumed partygoers will head out for the opening night of the San Francisco Halloween Bar Crawl, a massive annual event that brings together bars, DJs, drink specials and Halloween parties across the city. The Friday event is the official kickoff to a three-day Halloween celebration. Participants will begin at Rick and Roxy’s in the Marina District, where they can check in, receive their event wristbands and get the information they need to explore the participating bars.
