Welcome to barcrawlhalloween.com (the “Website”), operated in connection with the San Francisco Halloween Bar Crawl (the “Event”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website and the Event

barcrawlhalloween.com is an informational website that provides details about the San Francisco Halloween Bar Crawl, a multi-day Halloween event featuring drink specials at participating bars across San Francisco, costume contests, DJs, special activities, and related entertainment.  Important: Tickets for the Event cannot be purchased on this Website. All tickets must be purchased exclusively through Eventbrite. Links to official Eventbrite ticketing pages are provided on the Website. When you click any Eventbrite link, you leave our Website and become subject to Eventbrite’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Event (as it involves alcohol service at bars). By using the Website or attending the Event, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

​

-All ticket sales are processed solely by Eventbrite.  

-We do not process payments, collect ticket-related personal data, or issue tickets on this Website.  

-Refunds are governed by the following policy: Tickets may be refunded in full up to 7 days before the Event. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Eventbrite. No refunds will be issued less than 7 days before the Event or after the Event has occurred.  

-We are not responsible for any issues related to Eventbrite’s ticketing platform, payment processing, account access, or refund processing.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

-Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.  

-Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or related systems.

-Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Website without our prior written permission.

-You are solely responsible for your own safety, behavior, and compliance with all applicable laws (including drinking-age laws and public intoxication laws).  

-We, the participating bars, and any Event organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation.  

-Costume contests, DJ performances, and special activities are provided “as is” and may be modified or canceled at our discretion without liability.

You agree to drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website contains links to third-party websites and services, including Eventbrite and possibly social media platforms or maps. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
